AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more you feed the more milk production will be there. Drink plenty of water and adequate milk to increase your breast milk supply. Take care and all the best
