A. For heartbeat doctors can wait up till the time of 12 weeks if you get a heartbeat by then then that’s going to be a healthy pregnancy further more and if it is not like there is no heartbeat by the time of 12 weeks also then I’m sorry to say you will have to go ahead with termination of the pregnancy
