Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. you have to give paracetamol for fever and this medicine can be repeated maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature of the body

Give pcm drops
Take a good care of your baby
Burp well after every feeding
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Give adequate feeding
Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk
Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge etc
