Mera bete ko fever hai kal se use Pacimol diya 2 ml or Aaj bhi 2 ml Phir bhi rat me or fever mo pacimol de ya calpol

A. agar aapke babyi ko bukhar hai to aap yah pacimol de rahe hain to aap continue kar sakte hain kyunki pacimol aur cal pol donon bhi ek hi hai donon bhi paracetamol hi hai
