ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist2 years agoA. a good dinner ok.. see a lot of brands will try to impress you. but you have to see your needs n pocket both as that will only be possible as sensible option in long run. that's beneficial too ok. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.
