Mera beta pond 2 mahine ka hai vo proper nind ni kar rha vo 12.se 3 sta hai dophar me uske bad se vo ni sota or rat me bhi nind ni ati kya problam ho sakti hai

A. hi parent,thode bacho mei neend thoda kam rehta hai, uske liye ,raat mein bache ko sulane ke liye, pehle sone ke pehle adeauate feed karna , lights dim karele rakhna aur minimal noise maintain karna. dophar ko bache ko mat sulana, taki woh raat mei sojaaye
