mera beta jo av 15 months ka hai last month 26th August ko hi usko fever aaya tha paracetamol dene se fever chala gaya tha but phr aaj usey fever aa gaya itni jldi usko fever kyu aa rhe ? please help

A. Get his blood examined for any infection
