A. Hello! Let the child be physically active throughout the day. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the daily diet. If your family is non-vegetarian, even that should be gradually introduced. Speak to your Dr for further guidance.
