A. Namaste Mom Aap usko calcium rich foods , proteins and vitamin D de . sunlight exposure in early day time is helpful milk, dry fruits , nuts and seeds , seasonal fruits , also dals , legumes such as lobia ,chana etc sprouts . eggs if preffered

A. Start with a calcium supplement for your child and also check with your doctor if any other supplement would be required because sometimes the growth lose a lot of muscle mass of proteins from the body so they will be able to give you proper help on the necessary supplements that you use for your child
