mera beta 9 months 25 days ka hai 8 day's High fever tha 3 day se thik ho Gaya tha now again Aaj se khanshi jukam and fever ho raha hai bahut week ho Gaya hai kuch bhi kha nahi raha banana only like karta hai but jukham ke karan nahi de rahi please suggest

Fever is reaction in the body towards any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body and only when the temperature is above 99F it is considered as fever, so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever in between the doses ,but if it continues even thereafter you should consult your doctor for proper treatment. if the temperature is not controlled by paracetamol alone mueftal p can be given in between as a single dose but only under medical guidance.these medicines will also work to relieve any pain or body ache to a good extent. but in case of infection in which the fever is associated with other problems alsourl it is recommended to get the clinical assessment done and get a proper treatment done by a doctor.

Hi Mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
