Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. growth kaam hai.. babies should gain around 500-800g per month.. and must double the birth weight at 4-6months and three times the birth weight at completion of one year.. exclusively breast feed for six months.. you may start with vitamin drop as zincovit consulting your pediatric..
