Mera beta 5 yr 7 month ka h, use viral fever me konsa paracetamol dena chahiye or kitna dose hona chahiye, 100° fever 1 din se h.

Crocin ds you can give it is very good and the amount of medicine as per the age is mentioned on the bottle itself because you haven’t mentioned the current weight of your child according to the weight you can give it because all the details are very clearly stated on the back of the bottle
