Take a proper treatment from your doctor they are going to advise you with the antibiotics and regular medicine that you need to give for how long along with that focus more on giving liquid-based diet it’s easier for them to consume and there is no restriction on food till the time your doctor is not advising and in case of doubt please crosscheck with them
