mera beta 4 yrs 5 months ka hai. uski fever ni hai but forehead or neck garm hota hai. use cold n cough hai. me use paracetamol de rhi hu. or koi medicine jo Deni chahiye.

Hi But why are you giving paracetamol to your child uselessly when your child is not having any fever so I would like to tell you should unnecessary not give medicines to the child or unhealthy for them And if you can continue giving these medicines uselessly when it can have ill effects on the child when you useless you give medicines to the child will your child is not having fever you know it is no fever then why are you giving paracetamol in the first place
