kritiMom of 3 children1 Year agoA. no soap or lotion can change ur skin color. kids tend to change their skin color due to many reasons.... diet, sunlight, season. but you just need to take care of his skin. I use mamaearth baby products for both of my kids for skin care. it is chemical free no side effects
