I think you should get a thyroid test done for the child because with what you are mentioned there could be one percent of a chance of your child being thyroid positive because these days kids are having it at an early age and these are some symptoms associated with that otherwise the second reason could be that your child is having worms in the stomach so you can check for both of the things
