Mera beta 3 years ka h lekin woh khana nahi khata h na hi koi fruit leta h main uske liye bahut preshan hun

A. try offering him variety of new foods. Try changing the food taste. Make smoothies, pancakes adding fruits, , fruit salad, fruit chat.. Still no output you can also try deworming.
