mera beta 3 year ka hai,wo aaj bed se kudne me gir gaya hai usko sir k bich me chot lag gaya hai,aur ful gaya hai,mujhe kya karna chahiye

also if there is any visible injury you should visit the doctor.
it is important to observe the child for 24 hours to 48 hours for any complications related to injury.
you can give paracetamol to the child for pain as well as for any swelling which develops.
you can applfy warm compresses over any swelling.
if you feel that the child is having some abnormal behaviour after the injury you should visit the doctor immediately

you can use ice cube rub on the swelling area to reduce..
if any cut on that area you can use boro plus or boro Line cream
