mera beta 3 year 3 month ka ho gya h. lekin abhi sahi se baat nhi karta h kuch hi words bolta. h or bahut jaya haipar ho jata h. apna hi sir wall par ya farsh par marne lagta h rote rote kisi baat ki zid karke rota h to asa lagta h ki iske sir ki nase hi na fat jaye muje bahut dar lagta h m kya karu.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy3 years agoA. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact then do not worry much about the language skills of the chicld because speech will gradually come.
try to avoid tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more timec with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and languavge milestones of the child.
