Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 1 m old girl4 years agoA. hi height mostly determined by genetics. so , please don't take much stress for this. for better growth , give green veggies, fresh fruits, nuts, pulses more encourage your child to do more physical activities like cycling, stretching, jumping etc
