mera beta 2year 9 months ka h wo abhi bolne nhi lagga . ase m m kya kru any doctor consultant or wait for more time.

once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly

You To take a consultation from a speech therapist ones you do I need to know what is the issue that your child is not speaking at all as of now the speech therapist will conduct some test and will tell you the issue and if required will advise you with some speech therapy is as well
