Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl5 days agoA. In some cases we have feel which child does not pick up by the time of 2.5 years then we consider this as a delay and if your child is already too and is not started speaking at all then there is no harm taking a consultation with a doctor once
