mera beta 2 year 5 month k ha pehle eye contact nhi krta tha lekin ab krta ha pehle understand nhi krta tha lekin ab thoda thoda krne lga aur smj raha ha apne naam Se respond krta ha lekin mumma papa nhi bolta bol nhi raha ha pehle kaka mumm mumm aise Bol raha tha ab nhi bolta plz suggest
