Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy4 days agoA. Hello good morning !! Babies by 2 years speak words and small sentences,can respond with words,react to expressions and can make their own conversation . If the baby is not speaking words and small sentences then check with the Developmental Paediatrician or Speech therapist for assessment.
