Consult a speech therapist to know if there is a delay in the process usually kids pick up by this age and if they don’t then we usually considered as a dealer in this case it’s going to be good for you to check with the speech therapist also if you want you can take a homoeopathic treatment as it helps a lot in developing the vocal glands of the child
