A. Hello! You should gradually start giving your child all the healthy home-made foods like Idli, Dosa, Roti, sabji, Paneer, rice, dal and so on. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green, leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits, and dairy in the daily diet.
