NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello you should try to plan the dinner time for the child according to the sleep time of the child and by at least 7 p.m. or maximum by 8:00 p.m. would be a right option to give dinner for the child so they will at least one or two hour gap before the child sleep
