Look what is the problem with your child what is bothering your child that your child is not eating anything first of all you need to figure out the reason second as far as I know due to premolars or teeth also appetite goes down and sometimes you do deficiency of iron in the body so kindly check for that and if required please start giving necessary supplements to the child as well
