mera beta 16 months ka h.aaj morning se usko fever aa RHA h.mene do baar usko paracetamol di h.two three hours to medicine ka asar rehta h or phir usko fever aa jata h.kya kru jisse uski fever thik ho jaye

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracegxtamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if again required
and you can also do cold sponging of the body to reduce fever
