I think your child would be having a little bit of delay in the growth in terms of understanding you can check with a child psychologist for that whatever the situation is accordingly they can help you and guide you on that and also your child requires counselling as to why your child is scared what is the reason you need to work upon it otherwise this problem is going to increase with time
