mera beta 10 saal ka hai weight 19kg hai what can i do for him please suggest me.

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom his weight is less for his age though , but if he is been active for his age and also eating healthy balanced diet not an concern , some their metabolism is such that they don’t gain weight that very easily.
