Home made papad etc.patience is very important too.To increase weight you must add high energy foods like eggs paneer , soya , ghee in rice , khichdi etc.this will boost him ok.
Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 2 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear as of now baby needs properly mashed food only....give food without sugar and salt till one year ..babys weight depends on birth weight..baby should ideally triple birth weight by completion of one year..use heat sensitive spoon from Babyhug to feed baby
