mera beta 1 sal aur 1 mahine ka ho gya h magar uske teeth ab tak nhi aye hai waise wo ek healthy aur active bacha h usko health ko le kr koi problem nhi hai

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for tooth development and eruption the first important thing is that the child should not have deficiency of calcium and vitamin d.
deficiency is there or not will be told by the ddoctor.
there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 16 to 18 months of age also
so if your personadl doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side
