mera beta 1 month 4 days ka hai usko pait me gas ban raha hai shyad woh fart mar raha hai kya dun usko please suggest

RuchikaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. use CHOILCAID 5 ML DROPS 3 times in a day before feed . 15 min before feed,then give her breast milk. do bicycle exercise for her .
