A. Dear mom , you can give home food itself, however make sure to give small and frequent meals. include healthy nutritious foods made from whole grains, dals, milk and milk products, nuts powder , ghee , seasonal fruits and vegetables. avoid processed and packaged foods. avoid force feeding.

A. aap baby ko weight gain foods as potato sweet potato ragi dalia banana dry fruit as cashew almonds, ghee butter cheese in moderate amount.. give natural appetizer as coconut water ajwain water or jeera water.. maintain gap between feeds..
