Mera bache ko 6 weeks ki vaccine do h jisse uska head hot h n body cold h its normal

A. Yes it is normal maybe it is actually not fever also should just take the temperature with the thermometer if it is below 99°F then it is not fever so don’t give medicine if the head is warm then too cold that will help unnecessary no need to give medicine
