Hello dear as I can see that your baby is just 4 months old so keep the baby well hydrated give breast milk very frequently during summers to keep the baby well hydrated minimum pee count throughout the day should be 8 in case your baby is feeling uneasy to pass urine or the pee count is less than 8 throughout the day then you can consult the doctor
