Q.

Mera bacha 3 yr one month ka hogya hai but he doesn’t speak much sentence.. Mai wait kar rahi thi dhai sal se ki ye ab bolega ab bolega but ye bahot kam words bolta hai.. clarity bhi nhi hai baki words mein .. hum bahot interact karte hai apne bachhe se aur phone na ke barabar dete hai.. Please doctor advise..

A. to improve speech -read different books to the child -talk to the child daily routine like the child understands you with regular eye contact -singing songs and rhymes -while talking repeat what your child says with right pronunciation and do not criticize the child -avoid screen time(tv mobile laptop). leave permit the child to watch the activities that allowz to improve his language -take your child outside (open environment) and have a talk with the child regarding the things around the child -introducez new words gradually for proper understanding -speak about things child is interested in.
