Mera baccha sote hue achanak hi oolti kr rha h Puri tarah se breastfeeding pr hai mai kbhi kbhi thoda thoda formula milk de deti hu but raat ko sote samay wo breastfeeding hi krta h achanak oolti kr de rha h kya kru?? or uske pet se aawaz bhi aa rhi h like pet khrb ho jse ya Khali pet se jse aawaj aati h

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist2 years agoA. dear mum, sound in stomach could be due to gas, which is common among babies. vomiting at night while sleeping can be due to indigestion. do not overfeed baby. you should feed as per your baby's demand. there is no need to give formula. breast milk should be the primary source of milk for your baby.
