Baby must enjoy whatever he/ she is doing when awake, so try making that time also like play time, show different things to baby, change the surroundings for meals, like not at the same place each time. Keep smiling and be energetic while feeding any meal, as if you are enjoying what you and baby are doing, and the baby will follow your vibes😀 Also try incorporating new flavours in the dishes you prepare for the baby, like jeera powder, ajwain powder, little ginger or garlic, nutmeg sometimes, and many more condiments like this in little quantity, and change menu keeping it healthy but not boring for the baby.
Sowmya MMom of 3 children4 years agoA. hello actually not always you shouldn't overfeed or force the baby sometimes they will vomit also so just try to balance give soft food semi-solid kind of food items to the baby sometimes you have to force but not always
