you can give him variety of homecooked foods and avoid packed, junk and processed foods
include stuffed roti or paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, dals , sprouts and pulses, milk , paneer, milk shakes, banana, potato, chikko, variety of fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, veg upma, sheera, poha, stuffed idli, dosa, pancake, chilla, egg, chicken, Fish if non-vegetarian, etc and use ghee in meal preparations.
feed on regular intervals after 2 hours
avoid force feeding and overfeeding.
