A. There could be couple of reasons like an insect bite or built up wax or ear pain. If ur doctor has checked and none of this seems to be a problem then the baby could also be doing it as an habit(if he had discivered his ears recently and like scratching it) . Grt anotger doctor opinion if u would prefer.
