Mera baccha 3year ka hai last 3dys se bo wattery potty kr raha hai aur vo bhi one in a day but vo khana bhi thik se nhi kha raha hai ...plzz give me suggestions for that

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatgment along with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs jantibiotics treatment
