Mera babyb1.3 year ka hai use fever h or potty a raha h ,aisa q ho raha h maine wala aloevera juice start kiya h khi uski wjh to nhi??

A. bacchon ko bukhar mein dast Ho jaate Hain Shayad vah aapki Juice nahin hua hai . bukhar ke liye paracetamol dijiye aur doctor se miliye jo bataenge bukhar ka Karan kya hai
