A. Hai good morning !! If baby demanding frequent feeds ,not having proper sleep might be insufficient feed.. You can feed on demand and every 1.5-2 hours ,the more you give feed(the more baby latches )the more milk produces. In addition have lactating foods - Milk,diary products,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,rusk,bread toast,garlic ,garlic milk,mutton kheema,having more water will improve milk production.
