Mera baby ko gas bhut bnti hai mein bi aase cheez nhi khti jis se gas bne kabi kabi thode thode poti gas ke sath niklti hai

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. 1 month baby having gas This is natural in small babies they will be having pain in the stomach because of gas please give colicaid drops to the baby e 0.5 ml three times a day regularly it is safe no need to worry

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/gastica drops to your baby.proper burping for about 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is a very common finding to spit the milk after feedit can be reduced by giving a proper burping after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding the child also .if it is very frequent you can give domstal drops also occasionally but only under medical guidance.you can give bonnisan drops too for better digestiokkktn.
