A. Make your breasts less available for nursing. Stop wearing nursing clothing such as nursing bras and tops with nursing slits. Shorten each breastfeeding session before stopping it completely. Postpone breastfeeding sessions and Substitute food, drinks, or comfort for breastfeeding. Distract your toddler. Stopping gradually , that's good for both of you
