Mera baby breast feed karte karte burp kar deta h kya burp karne ka matlab yeh hota h ki baby ka pet bhar chuka h kyuki mai uske baad usko feed nahi karati hu

A. the baby sucks some air while breast feeding which is released when she takes a burp. to avoid unwanted accumulation of air in tummy feed the baby in a bit elevated position. give tummy time daily. keep a check on weight gain and pee count.
