mera baby boy 0 month 14 days old hai jab mai breastfeeding karti hoon to baby milk vomit kardeta hai log kehte hain ke mere spicy aur cold khane ki vajah se baby milk vomit karta hai aur meri vajah se baby ko cold ya cough hoti hai kya ye sab sahi hai agar ye sab sahi hai to muje kya kya chizen khani chahiye aur kya nahi ??

also the gas in abdomen of the child is not due to diet taken by the mother.f
mother can take all types of home made food which is good for her own health.
it is advisable to take all types of food made from cereals pulsesf vegetables and fruits and milk by the mother.
