AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. This is can be due to teething. Low grade fever can be there due to teething. Also when the babies are on teething the appetite decreases and they become cranky and irritated. Give paracetamol to ur baby if the fever is above 100 F Also give ur baby teethers as they put pressure on gums and give relief to baby from pain and itching during teething. U can buy #Babyhug teethers that are BPA free and non toxic
